We follow an improved strategy when it comes to logistics by shipping our products directly from the manufacturing facilities nearest to you based on your order. Estimated delivery speed and price depends on product type and destination.
Our average shipping times are 7-15 business days for domestic shipping and 10-20 business days for international shipping unless different shipping times are stated in the items description. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
We go through a defined process passing all quality checks before we ship your product. Therefore, we will take 2 - 3 business days to process your order. But it may take 2 - 6 business days due to the high volume of peak time. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time.
Delivery time may also differ based on the shipping method applied.
Express Shipping Rates
We have shipping methods that offer express options which will be at a cost. For inquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please contact our support and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately (within 5 hours maximum) after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment.
Shipments sometimes may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your country limits, order value, and other factors. You are responsible for paying these fees.

Each item we ship may have different delivery times because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
Shipping and returns
You are responsible to ensure that all information requested on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. REEMYU will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number provided. Should you like to request a change in the delivery address, notify change in the phone number or any other special requirements, please contact REEMYU Support during first 5 hours.
Once you have confirmed the order, you only have 5 hours to cancel your order at the time of payment. If you need to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Change or cancellation fee may be applied.
Replacement of Products and credits to your account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to REEMYU investigation and discretion. Please refer our Return Policy for details.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such cases, REEMYU will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
REEMYU will review replacement/return requests only when
(a) if there will be missing or broken Product, or an error if it is REEMYU fault and
(b) if REEMYU will receive a complaint within 5 days from the day the product was delivered to you (or within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing).
